The Practice of Being Together
Relational Nervous System Resourcing
“To hold intelligence as a relational process rather than a fixed attribute is to step into a way of being that asks not for answers but for attunement.”
— Vanessa Machado de Oliveira, Outgrowing Modernity
Drop in. Drop deeper inward, in the company of others.
A well-regulated nervous system allows us to participate more fully in life and relate more skillfully with others. It offers us the steadiness and flexibility to meet the challenges of our lives, our relationships, and our contemporary world.
And there's no need to go it alone. Our nervous systems are profoundly relational. We influence one another, and we have the capacity to become resources for one another.
Join us as we come together to slow down, feel ourselves, and settle into a more comfortable presence. Through easeful somatic practices and shared attention, we'll explore what happens when we bring our presence, curiosity, and resourced attention into the space between us.
Everything is invitational. Nothing is mandatory.
You are welcome. You belong.
