Open Floor movement uses the universal language of dance to empower self discovery, connection and healing (www.openfloor.org). Each month we focus on exploring a different movement resource, introduced after a lightly guided warm up. All classes include instruction and guided exercises for a portion of the class.

There are no steps to learn and no experience required.
Newcomers welcome! Feel free to forward this to a friend.
Water bottles are recommended. Many people dance barefoot, or wear soft, flexible shoes.
Please arrive a few moments early to get oriented.
