I engage bodies in transformation. Let me help you expand your sense of self through engaging the witnessing consciousness and observing movement patterns. Together, we’ll find and encourage novel movements and new ways of being. We humans are always in motion, even when we think of ourselves as being still we are nonetheless breathing, our hearts are pulsing and our muscles have micro-movements. Our bodies are amazing. Each one of us contains the innate capacity for psycho-spiritual and emotional healing as well as physical regeneration. In my work, I help people expand their possibilities for movement which correlates to expanding possibilities for thinking, feeling, relating to others and ourselves. You and I together will engage your body’s natural rhythms and innate capacity to move toward integrated states of being. If you want to develop more robust boundaries, if you want to move past patterns of fight, flight, freeze and friend, if you want to find ways of being more compassionate with yourself or others, if you’re ready to transform patterns of anxiety or depression or reduce struggles of stress, stuckness or procrastination, a 1:1 movement session can help. These sessions are also great supplements for traditional talk therapy, meditation, breath-work and psychedelic experience.
